Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some coutries have restrictions and we will not be hold reliable if they do not arrive to their destination due to the restrictions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Delivery time is based on the estimated arrival time of the product(s) in your cart.
- Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (e.g. no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address), we will attempt a second delivery. If this is still unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email to make delivery arrangements with you. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. You will be refunded the amount for the products excluding the original delivery fee, if any.
We do not ship to PO Boxs, farms or rural areas, if this is your case please Contact Us so we can try arrange a solution that would suit you.

For international orders we will only ship via DHL Express Easy as they offer the best rates and faster service.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In the case of incorrect/damaged – exchanges or replacements are the responsibility of Cigars.co.za and the relevant supplier. Please notify us of the incorrect/damaged within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless an order has arrived damaged, incorrect or missing. The Cigars.co.za team will use their discretion to evaluate whether a refund for shipping and handling may be waivered.
Return requests will be approved at the discretion of Cigars.co.za, please note that items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
