How to order

Please Note: You need to be registered to have access to the prices and to order. In this way we know you are above the legal age to buy tobacco products and accept joining our Club.

  1. Register on the website to have access to the prices.
  2. Select a category that appeals to you.
  3. Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
  4. Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
  5. Select quantity, attributes (Full box, or single stick, etc) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  6. In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
  7. Proceed with the payment by clicking on the link “Pay with Paystack” and await an e-mail to confirm your order.
  8. In no time you will be smoking ;)

We do NOT ship international. 

Only within South Africa, excluding PO Boxes.

If you live in a rural area please let us know, and we can courier Postnet 2 Postnet.

Delivery Times:

  • Johannesburg & Pretoria - Same day for orders couriered before 10am / Alternatively it will be delivered the following working day;
  • Major Cities - Next working day delivery for orders processed before 3pm;
  • Rural Areas - Up to 72 working hours; (We can also ship to The Courier Guys Kiosks which is faster)
  • We do not ship during the weekend and public holidays;


Our Payment options are vast and include the following:

  • Paystack - Through this portal you may pay with card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Ozow (for Instant EFT’s) or with a QR code;
  • Paypal (Please send us an e-mail as we would have to do a manual transaction)

Orders returned due to non-delivery

Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for any orders that are unable to be delivered by the courier service due to the customer supplying a wrong phone number or a wrong delivery address. 

We will try our best to get in touch with the customer to advise him about delivery attempts, however if we do not receive any reply and the order is returned we will automatically refund the order excluding the delivery fee.
