The series concentrates on the cigar’s wrapper. As part of the series, E.P. Carrillo Cigars will include educational materials to help cigar aficionados understand the role the wrapper plays in determining a cigar’s flavor profile and overall smoking experience.
As its name implies, the Sumatra features a smooth, red-hued Ecuadorian Sumatra Colorado wrapper that expertly cloaks a dual binder made of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaves.
Its filler consists of leaves from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
